Best Food, Best Overall, Best Service
Absolutely wonderful food. Combination of flavors outstanding everything we had on 2 recent visits was excellent.
Dessert wonderful, as well, especially the Chinese 5 spice ice cream.
The large variety and high quality of small plates make this restaurant unique in the area and offer an out-of-the-ordinary dining experience.
Wait staff is friendly and enjoy their jobs.
From start to finish this place is delightful. Service is outstanding and the food is excellent. The decor is beautiful, clean,
uncluttered but cozy. By far the best restaurant on the island.
The seafood stew is unbelievable. Sanibel’s most creative cuisine hands down.
Order the duck small plate cooked to perfection with an amazing lentil/leek sauce.
The fish stew was hearty and the short ribs were delicious too!
Looking for Great Food? Best fine-dining restaurant on the island. Hands-down.
This was without a doubt one of the best meals I have ever had in my entire life. The chef really knows what she is doing!
The service is great, we were able to listen to a guitarist playing in the background, and the food is just awesome. Well worth it!
Unforgettable, we actually switched our reservations from a different restaurant, just hours before dinner, after looking at
Sweet Melissa’s menu. We were so glad that we did! The entire experience was unforgettable from the live acoustic guitar music and exemplary service to the delicious food.
Best Restaurant on Sanibel Island We visit this restaurant regularly for a good reason: it offers the best food and best service on Sanibel Island. The small plate option gives you the opportunity to taste a wider array of dishes, the wine list is extensive, the service is outstanding and the acoustic guitar rounds it up perfectly.
Pork belly was exceptional! Beef short ribs were very good as were the mussels and fish stew.
This is THE place for an upscale dinner on the island.
Best meal of our vacation. From the mussels to the fish stew to the small plate option so you can try several different things,
this place does it right. Hats off to Melissa and the pastry chef for the homemade thin mint ice cream.
This place is amazing!! The food has always been great, the wine list is the best in Southwest Florida and the service is terrific.
We like to share a bunch of the small plates, but the entree selections are amazing as well. Go. Eat. Enjoy.
